Children & Teen Coaching

Understanding their brain. Discovering what works.

Every child has their own strengths, interests, and ways of experiencing the world. For children and teens with ADHD, everyday challenges can sometimes get in the way.

Coaching offers a place to get curious about how their brain works, what motivates them, and what might help when things feel difficult.

Together, we'll build on their strengths, develop skills, and find approaches that make sense for who they are.

What Can Coaching Help With?

Coaching can help children and teens develop skills for managing big emotions, getting started and finishing tasks, staying organized, navigating friendships, planning ahead, and following through on goals.

Sessions may include conversation, games, creative activities, and hands-on experiences. The approach depends on the individual—their age, interests, and what helps them engage and learn.

What Coaching Looks Like

Your child or teen is the coaching client. Our work together is shaped by their goals, interests, and experiences.

Parent collaboration is tailored to each family's needs, with opportunities for check-ins and shared conversations that support the young person's coaching experience. These conversations give us a chance to talk about overall progress and ways to support growing skills at home, while respecting the child's privacy and coaching relationship.
